ALL AMERICAN CORPORATION BAGS INAGURAL AMSA AWARD

All American Corporation was honored with the American Moving and Storage Association’s inaugural Moving and Storage Agent of the Year Service Excellence Award. The company was awarded during the Association’s annual Education Conference & Expo held in Orlando, Florida. This award comes as the icing on the cake as the All American Corporation also celebrated its 10th anniversary recently.

All American Corporation is a Raleigh based company which has been providing residential and commercial packing and moving services in North Carolina. Brett Plummer, co-owner and CEO of the company, praised his employees’ commitment and dedication in making the company successful. He also felt that the award was a recognition to the company’s ‘Whatever it takes’ attitude to customer satisfaction which has helped it grow over the years. The judging criteria followed by AMSA were based on customer service reports, industry recognition, innovation, etc.

The All American Corporation has had a history of winning quality and customer satisfaction awards, including the Mayflower Transit Customer Choice Award and IMPACT Claims Prevention Award in 2006 and 2007 respectively. Also, John Potts (co-owner and CFO) was decorated with the Mover of the Year award by the North Carolina Mover’s Association in 2001. They have enjoyed a period of steady growth since they came into existence, part of which may be attributed to North Carolina being one of 10 most active states for relocating in the recent past.
